I’ll be breaking down the essential strength exercises so you feel confident going to the gym, following a YouTube video, or creating your own workouts!

Your questions answered:

  1. When and where? Classes are pre-recorded and you can access anytime.

  2. What if I need extra support? I’ll have a weekly Q&A session in my private Facebook group, you can post your questions in the group and I’ll answer them in a live video on Wednesday mornings.

  3. What can I expect in a class? I'll be going back to basics on key strength training movement patterns and posture in a way that can help you feel more confident in building your own routine or attending classes in person or online. 

  4. Is it all about strength? Posture, flexibility, and good form are a key focus, along with some core work. I’ll also provide you with a walking fitness plan that should fit perfectly alongside the strength programme.

  5. What if I don’t have the energy? You won't be exhausted, but you will feel like you've worked your muscles after class! 

  6. What happens next? You’ll feel confident in creating your own workouts or attending classes in a gym or community centre!

Taught on ZOOM so you can access wherever in the world you are.

You’ll also get sent a recording after class each week, so you can repeat it for additional benefits, or catch up on a missed class!

No weights required

Most exercises will be bodyweight only, but I’ll let you know where you can add resistance - whether it’s a tin of beans, a resistance band or a kettle bell!

I’ll offer adaptations if you’re brand new, or have an injury to take account of.
