45 minute class designed to build functional strength for everyday life, whatever your age and stage in life.

Classes run termly and members pay for the full term.

I believe exercise should fit into your hectic life and enhance your health in a positive way.

It doesn’t have to be uncomfortable and intimidating. It can be fun and life enhancing as well as help you tone up and lose weight.

My feel good fitness classes are designed to improve your strength and fitness AND enhance your connection with the outdoors and the community of women around you. Women attend my classes in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s. Classes are always outside, whatever the weather, in Peel Park, Long Ashton.

You’ll get to hit the key things your body needs to thrive as you age. Strength, mobility, core strength, coordination, balance with some fun thrown in, of course!

I’ll do my best to help you love it as much as I do (although even the exercise resistant still come along every week!)

It’s a true mood boost.

Low impact options are always available and I’ll ensure you get time to let me know if you need an alternative. I LOVE getting you started from scratch and I really don’t care what you wear as long as you can move (no need for lycra or matching kit…)

Class numbers are limited, so I can ensure you can follow along with ease. The personal connection is important to me.

Designed to fit around your hectic schedule

Either before breakfast or after the school run, these classes exercise your whole body making use of beautiful settings of Peel Park in Long Ashton (and the tennis courts in the rain!). 

This class uses exercises suitable for all fitness levels and easily fits into your day so you can continue to take on the world.

Fun friendly sessions

Sessions are designed to boost your fitness and strength in a positive way.  Every class is different and designed with the needs of the individual members in mind. You'll never feel intimidated or out of place. Just wear comfortable clothes, bring a bottle of water and a smile.

I have been going to Lesley’s outdoor 6.30am fitness classes for over a year now and feel great after every session. Every week is different to keep you on your toes! Lesley is amazing, so motivating and fun too. I really can’t recommend these classes enough.

I want you to feel strong, empowered and fit. I'll guide you through the exercises and ensure you do what is right for your level of fitness and strength. Classes use simple equipment and bodyweight to increase your strength and fitness. No complicated choreography or difficult moves, just exercise to help you feel fitter, stronger and burn some calories in the fresh air.  

Classes involve interval training or a circuit with simple weights and other equipment. The aim is to boost your metabolism, without too much running or jumping.

There are always alternatives to suit a variety of fitness levels (and your mood!)

Wear comfortable clothes, trainers and bring a bottle of water with you. I’ll bring everything else.
