Take my client, Sarah, she has a busy full time job, is coping with her own and her partner’s health issues as well as elderly parents.
She felt like she was doing everything she could within the constraints of her busy life. Eating well, exercising daily, going to bed on time.
But somehow she felt like there was a missing piece. She was putting on weight, feeling low on energy and was just not feeling herself.
In the course of her work with me, she understood more about how to work with her monthly hormone cycle, what style of eating really worked for her energy and her digestion, what kind of exercise really worked for her lifestyle and she started working on the art of rest. We also identified other health professionals who could help support her.
The end result was that she felt more energised, more positive about her body and how to age well as well as empowered with information and resources on her health, including the perimenopause to keep her going in the months and years to come.
In short, she was feeling Wildly Well.

Regular health assessments keep you focussed on your progress.
Wildly Well Woman programme: Includes 12 x 1:1 sessions, online education and support. You’ll be guided, supported and resourced over 3-4 months. You’ll create clear visions for the future, set and achieve goals and get in touch with what you really want for your health and wellbeing.
Accountability coaching: Includes a monthly call and weekly accountability nudges to keep you going. Less intensive than the full Wildly Well programme but great for working on specific goals and habit changes.
Power hour: Don’t need the full 3 month programme and just want to create an action plan to get you started. These hour long Zoom sessions could be just the thing. Complete a health assessment prior to the meeting and we will explore how to help you take the first steps to an empowered wellbeing.
Why me?
I’m a certified women’s health coach with a particular interest in working with women in their 40s experiencing the impact of perimenopausal hormone change. I take a client-centred approach, and put you in the driving seat to create long term sustainable change.
I don’t think this is to be feared but to be embraced, it’s part of nature’s plan and it’s a great opportunity to rethink the balance of health and life.
I qualified as a personal trainer in 2015 out of a desire to support women to feel good from the inside out, and to love and respect themselves and their bodies. I developed a particular interest in the impact of perimenopause and and how creating sustainable lifestyle change can support you through this important phase in life.
This programme brings together my experience of working with 100s of women in group and 1:1 programmes . You’ll get one to one access to me, as well as access to all sorts of online resources and teachings.
