Book a session with women’s health and fitness expert Lesley Waldron to help you explore what will really support your wellbeing goals.

  • Explore your relationship with movement and exercise and make a new one if you need to.

  • Find a way to fit exercise into your busy life no matter your time constraints, responsibilities, and life load. 

  • Explore what brings you joy in moving your body. As well as any aspirations/visions for the future (do you see yourself climbing mountains in your 70s, dancing in your 80s, or exploring team sports? We're all different!)

From this you create a realistic and sustainable plan A in our first 1 hour session.

Then we book a 30 min session 2 weeks later, to explore what worked and what didn't, what barriers came up, and if the plan needs to be adjusted. 

I check in with you by email a month down the line to see how you're getting on and remind you of the intentions you'd created. 

The cost of this is £150, payable in advance of the session, and can be split into two payments if that is preferable.
