A mindful walk

We are all being urged to exercise daily, and to spend time outside. Given the current restrictions of the coronavirus epidemic exercising outside feels like glorious freedom.

I’ve got some ideas on how you can maximise this which I will share in coming days, but for now wanted to share an opportunity to turn a daily walk into a meditation.

I have 4 super short audios for you to listen to as you go.

Listen to one and then walk for 5 minutes, paying attention to those prompts I give you.

Then listen to the next.

Usually I do this in small groups and it is powerfully calming and connecting. But equally I think we can do it on our own.
