A positive perimenopause

Perimenopause.

Isn’t a dirty word.

It’s a life stage.

A transformation.

An opportunity to learn a little more about your hormones as they change and shift. I see it as a new beginning, rather than an ending.

An opportunity to step up to your next level you. An opportunity to really start to look after your health. Because so many of the symptoms can be helped with lifestyle change.

Brain fog, low mood, anxiety, night sweats, insomnia, aching joints, bloating, weight gain, heart burn. All of these can have a negative impact on how your feel about your health, hormones and ageing. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
