Injury can be a real set back for your physical and mental fitness, but you can develop strategies to keep you going and bounce back. Here I share some of my key learnings from a recent injury.
Exercise is not just great for our health, it's also helps our connection with ourselves and with others. And if we are better connected we can work well together.
Exercise should feel good, and it's ok to take time to find what's right for you, just don't give up!
